What sort of image can I send?

If you have a digital photo you would like printed onto canvas, you can email your image to info@peggyandvictor.com 
300 dpi is the best resolution for us, so please ensure your photo is as high resolution as possible.
If you are not sure, simply upload your photo on our 'Upload your Photo' page ad we'll let you know if the photos quality is good enough.

What about a hard copy photo, because I don't have a digital photo?
No problem. We can scan photos up to A4 size. Simply call us on (02) 9501 2366 to arrnage dropping off or posting us your photo.

Can I have a drawing printed onto canvas?
Yes – we can basically print just about anything onto canvas. From artist drawings, record covers, magazine publications, anything hard copy.
However, please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have permission to use the image / photo should it have any copyright infringements attached.

Can I get my original photo/image back?
Of course, all photos are returned within 1-2 weeks of receiving your canvas.

How long does it take?
Depending on the size of the order, your canvas(es) should be ready within 1-2 weeks. If you are in a rush, please let us know and we’ll work faster!

How do I pay?
Upon receiving your order, we will get in touch with payment details.
If you are having your canvas delivered, we can also take cash on delivery. Otherwise, other options include, credit card (subject to $5 charge) direct payments, cheque or postal orders.
