Caring For Canvases

Our canvases are printed on high quality canvas with EPSOM Ultra Chrome Ink.
Its entirely pigment based with a superior water & UV resistance display life of 70-75 years.
The image is then stretched over a 40mm frame with plywood backing and comes ready to hang.

Each Peggy & Victor Canvas is hand stretched and sprayed with a protective, water resistant coating.

This coating enables you to easily clean /dust your canvas.
To wipe down, simply damp (barely wet) a cloth with water only and very gently wipe over the surface.

Do not use any cleaning products as this may damage the canvas material.
It is recommended not to hang your canvas close to any kitchen cooking equipment, as oils may be hard to clean off the surface.

Each peggy & Victor canvas comes ready to hang on your wall.

Most small to medium canvas are light enough to use a single nail. Be sure you are not nailing into a part of the wall that may have pipes/electrical behind it.

Simply hammer in the nail into the wall and hang the top of the canvas in the centre.

For larger canvases either use two or more nails in a straight line, or use a wall plug and screw. This may vary for different wall surfaces.
